I'm a certified peristeam facilitator, health enthusiast, coach, and leader, guiding women to own their beauty and uniqueness, shake shame, heal & reclaim their yoni power, and live a life more in tune with the natural cycles of their bodies. In addition, I have a Bachelors degree from the University of South Florida, have completed Florida's Office of the Attorney General Victim Services Practitioner Designation, and am always working to expand my knowledge and skills. Although originally from Chicago, I currently call the beaches of Sarasota, Florida home. When I'm not soaking up the Florida sunshine with my dog Bandit, you can find me traveling the globe, cooking in the kitchen, strolling a farmers market, dancing at music festivals, or sitting with friends and family laughing with a glass of wine or tequila in hand.
